The 3D range is open for use. It is important that NO BROADHEADS are used on the 3D animals. The signs on the range are explicit about this.
Please watch out for this and invite others to follow the rules. There is a broadhead target area. Go to the East end of the covered range and then south along the metal building. You will see the "bunker or fort" and you can shoot your broadheads there.

There are several resources available for introductory archery lessons available at Maricopa County Parks. Go to the parks website and look under events for Archery. You can call the parks for more info.
